Man Sought After Ramming Vehicle at High-Speed in Johnson City Johnson City police are trying to find a Chenango Bridge man who they say smashed a vehicle into another during a dispute with a woman. Authorities said the suspect in Monday's incident is 28-year-old Clifford Harris. Detectives released a photo of Harris on Wednesday as they requested help from the public in locating him. New York State Police and Broome County Fire Investigators are looking into the cause of a blaze that damaged a home on Pease Hill Road near Hyde Road in the Town of Barker December 28.  There are unofficial reports of an arrest made in connection with the fire that was reported at 3:21 p.m. and drew firefighters from a half dozen departments.
