ELIZABETHTON — Sycamore Shoals State Historic Park is planning the third annual Cherokee Heritage Day for Aug. 26.
On July 1, the Cherokee Nation Anna Mitchell Cultural and Welcome Center hosted the first Ribbon Skirt Fashion Show featuring 28 models wearing designs by seven Cherokee textile artists.
