According to the unapproved minutes of the January 5 th Cherry County Planning and Zoning meeting, the board approved two conditional permits. The first permit approved was for Shane Daniels for an amendment to a conservation easement, with The Nature Conservancy, to allow for another residence on the property with a child coming back to the ranch.
