Mistrial for ex-trooper charged with assaulting motorcyclist during traffic stop
A federal judge on Friday declared a mistrial for a former state trooper who was charged with using unreasonable force causing injury against a Davenport motorcyclist in 2017. Jurors told the judge they could not reach a unanimous verdict.
