What transpired and who is responsible and to make sure this doesn t happen again. we in ft. lee are eternally grateful. i want to bring in my legal panel on this one. there is a lot to chew on. joey hanson and heather, let me begin with you. when you talk about potential litigation, i think we are only at the surface of the questions. what s the biggest problem for the governor? the civil cases. the criminal cases, it is limited. there isn t a whole lot to go after for criminal unless they find some wire fraud, some kickbacks. in which case, this thing will blow open. the civil cases, there are so many possibilities there. even if they don t go very far, ashley, as long as they get to discovery, you are opening all of the players up to depositions and they are not going to want to testify about what wept on behind closed doors. what about this notion of sovereign immunity. ....

Martin was laughing, laughing about the voice mail that richie incognito had sent him. now, of course, we have not heard from martin. no one has. we do not know his side of the story. but that there, again, something, you know, almost hard to believe. so something else to chew on. sports illustrated s nfl writer, peter king, just released an insider s story on his website. in it he quotes a former miami dolphins player who says, incognito was made a scapegoat for the hell coming down on the dolphins organization which in turn said it knew nothing about any so-called hazing. that s the most outlandish lie of this whole thing. the coaches knew everything. the coaches know who s getting picked on and in many cases call for that player to be singled out. so you went to the press conference with the coach of the miami dolphins. what exactly did he say he knew about the hazing? ....

you know, tamron, i had a radio caller who said a proper application of the establishment clause, because that s really what we re talking about here, a proper application of the establishment clause would any ses tate that the outset of a meeting like this or even of congress, there would be an announcement made to everybody, don t worry, religion will have nothing to do with what we re about to undertake. i thought that was a very unique perspective. that is a very unique perspective, michael. thank you very much. it s a good thought. something to chew on. pete, thank you as well. there are reports that the dolphins, miami dolphins coaching staff, get this, reportedly may have played a bigger role in the bullying allegation than first indicated. we ll have an update. a high school runner says it would have gone against her religious beliefs to run with the number 666 on her back. she requested a different number, was denied it. it is our gut check. geoff: i m the kind of guy wh ....

Said, here s a guy who helped build this, he pointed out what newspapers have pointed out, which is we ve seen political decisions get in the way of this thing rolling out well. the white house deliberately delayed a lot of specs in this program because they didn t want to give republicans something to chew on. any time you have a system that is so big from the government it s going to get politicized. when you politicize stuff, it means that you re not being efficient with the rollout and not putting the customer first. how much of a problem was that? i think also the problem is the federal exchanges being burdened by so many more people than expected because for political reasons, a lot of governors refused to set up their own exchanges. one of the great success stories is in states like california, new york, maryland, kentucky, where they have set up the state exchanges, people have been able to sign up. so i think it s possible to overstate how much of this was a delay. i think ....
