Jan 9, 2021 Frank J. Flagella, 74, of Fredonia, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, at Brooks Memorial Hospital following a brief battle with cancer. He was born on March 1, 1946, in Dunkirk, N.Y., the son of the late Frank and Mildred (Ceranowicz) Flagella. Frank was a graduate from Cassadaga High School in 1964 and The State University of New York at Canton in 1968. He joined the U.S. Army upon graduating from SUNY Canton in 1968 and received an honorable discharge in 1974.
