Jan 9, 2021 Frank J. Flagella, 74, of Fredonia, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, at Brooks Memorial Hospital following a brief battle with cancer. He was born on March 1, 1946, in Dunkirk, N.Y., the son of the late Frank and Mildred (Ceranowicz) Flagella.
