Deputy Minister of local government and rural development, Halima Daudi, on Friday elevated three traditional authorities to senior chiefs and one group village head to sub traditional authority (STA) in Kasungu. The chiefs Chilowamatambe, Wimbe and Kawamba were elevated to senior chiefs and group village head Kalikokha to STA at a ceremony which took place in Kasungu District Council Chamber.
