Voters’ apathy has trailed Saturday’s supplementary election conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Anambra and Ebonyi States. In Anambra State, INEC is conducting election to elect member of the House of Representatives for Ogbaru Federal Constituency.
