Rhubarb Ripple Mascarpone Tart
Creamy mascarpone cheese is teamed with Ontario Rhubarb in an attractive rippled dessert. The rhubarb is cooked to make a rosy pink sauce, then swirled with the cheese and sour cream into a crisp cookie-like shell.
