Chiefs tight end and local politician Fred Arbanas dead at 82 Arbanas was a part of Kansas City life for more than five decades. His death was announced by the Jackson County Democratic Party on Saturday. We are sad to learn about the passing of longtime Jackson County Legislator and advocate Fred Arbanas.
