Kettle & Fire supports regenerative farming by sourcing bones from suppliers that have defined land management practices for each animal, Justin Mares, the company’s co-founder and CEO told FoodNavigator-USA. The company announced its commitment to sourcing one million pounds of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef bones during its pop-up event in New York City last month.
