A stunning beachside apartment owned by the inventors of legendary Tim Tam chocolates is on the market for the first time in almost three decades. The luxury Noosa unit in Hastings Park, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, is owned by Michael Arnott, the great-great-grandson of Arnott's Biscuits founder William Arnott. With a market value of at least $8.2million, the apartment boasts a world class view of Noosa Main Beach and also looks north to Double Island Point.
