SMITHFIELD – Smithfield High School seniors are hopeful about the prospect of a full-time, full-class return to school before the end of the school year, and Principal Daniel Kelley says he is working to make it happen. Kelley said school staff are well aware of the many events the senior class has missed, and are working with the Rhode Island Department of Health and CDC to bring them back in the spring.
