Friday Evening, 45-year-old Dennis Galbraith of Cisne was arrested by Wayne County Sheriff's Department on a list of charges, including aggravated sexual assault, aggravated domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
