Man charged with trespassing, obstructing officer | News, Sports, Jobs
Waybright ELKINS — Christopher Waybright, 29, has been charged with trespassing and obstructing an officer after an incident Sunday afternoon. He is being held in Tygart Valley Regional Jail awaiting his arraignment on a $2,000 10% cash bond. According to the criminal complaint, the Randolph County Sheriff’s office responded to a call from the Go-Mart store on the Beverly Pike Five-lane and was told a male subject, wearing a green shirt and blue jeans, had been sleeping on the sidewalk of the store.
