Berks couple charged with assaulting man in dog dispute
The victim was lured to a meeting in Exeter Township by Ashley Harp under the guise of receiving instructions for medicating a dog whose ownership was in dispute, police said. He was then assaulted by Harp and her husband, Christopher R. Staron-Harp.
