Captain missing, 4 migrant workers injured as fishing boat capsizes
Taipei, Jan. 29 (CNA) A fishing boat capsized with five people aboard as it was being towed back to a harbor on Taiwan's northern coast on Saturday night, leaving the captain of the ship missing and four foreign crew members slightly injured.
