Winter weather causes at least two rollover crashes Missouri State Highway Patrol COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Both crashes sent their respective drivers to local hospitals. The first crash happened at 2:10 a.m. on Route W, 79 feet north of South Rock Creek Road. Anthony Kerns was travelling south on Route W when his car began to slide on the snow covered road. The car traveled off the right side of the road, went down an embankment and overturned into a creek. An ambulance transported Kerns to Capital Region Medical Center with moderate injuries.
