DLF achieved its highest quarterly sales booking of ₹9,047 crore, driven by the introduction of three new products. The company witnessed healthy demand momentum and sold out its projects in Gurugram within a record time. The new sales bookings for the nine months stood at ₹13,316 crore.
The company launched three new projects totalling over 5 msf during the quarter across multiple segments. The launches during the quarter were DLF Privana South, Gurugram- a luxury high rise development, Central 67, Gurugram – a shop-cum-offices plotted development and The Valley Orchard, Panchkula-low-rise independent floors.
