View Comments Over three years ago, an idea was formed for a clinic that would serve the students and staff of Legacy Early College as well as the surrounding City View community. Funded by the St. Francis Foundation a project cost of more than $520,000 the clinic is now open for the school with the hopes of opening access to the community in the next six months to a year.
