CA upholds PCG men's conviction in Taiwanese fisherman's death
The Court of Appeals has junked the bid of seven Philippine Coast Guard personnel and a policeman to overturn their homicide conviction over the death of a Taiwanese fisherman in 2013 at Balintang Channel near the Batanes group of islands.
