BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. — A Ballston Spa man was indicted on nine charges in the kidnapping of a 9-year-old girl from Moreau Lake State Park in September. Craig N. Ross Jr. was arraigned on the nine-count Indictment by Saratoga County Court Judge James A. Murphy, III. Through his attorney, George Conway, Esq., Ross pleaded not guilty plea at arraignment.
