As long as they have no felony conviction, they give them that weapon. we need to address this deficiency in this culture, and that does not subscribe to the notion that we're going to deny anyone their second amendment rights. if anything, it could create an atmosphere that is a bit more liberal for people who are deserving of having these weapons. it isn't just an issue of making sure psychologically they're sound, and criminally that they don't have felonies, they need training, they need classroom understanding. i mean, there's a whole problem attached to this. but once again, i don't see ...
