DeKalb County Superintendent Jason Barnett last Thursday provided insight on the second round of Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) benefits set to be distributed this year. The Alabama Department of Human Resources received federal approval to distribute a second round of P-EBT benefits to eligible families following the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Services approval of the plan on April 13, 2021.
