Dec 26, 2020 HARRISBURG — Three Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grants totaling $2.5 million were awarded for health care and economic development initiatives in Cambria and Clearfield counties, according to state Sen. Wayne Langerholc Jr., R-Cambria. Saint Francis University will receive $500,000 for Phase 4B of its Rural Health and Wellness Complex project, which includes the renovation and expansion of Sullivan Hall.
