Spencerville Agricultural Society Encouraging Residents To Take Part In Mammoth Pumpkin Competition SHARE ON: Plans are underway for the 166th Annual Spencerville Fair. The Spencerville Agricultural Society is working with the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit in hopes the event can be held in person this year in some capacity.
