New deputy clerk for Arbory and Rushen Thu, 22 Apr 2021 Arbory and Rushen Parish Commissioners have appointed a new Deputy Clerk. Following the retirement of Colin Kniveton, the Commissioners have appointed David Ronan as their new Deputy Clerk. Mr Ronan, a retired accountant, has considerable experience working in both the public and private sectors on the Island. He also served a term on the Board of Rushen Parish Commissioners between 2004 and 2008. He will take up the position on 1 April 2021.
