There are two problems here. one is the technical issue that there is no excuse for it. they didn't get the website right. they wrote a law that allowed 16 different websites to be created. hundreds of millions of dollars. that's the federal one and 15 state ones. and they got that wrong. there's a private sector set of website that they could be used for free without paying the taxpayer. and he's not choosing those private websites. full disclosure. one is my client ehealth.com. the technical problem sun forgivable. you ought to be angry the same we were angry over katrina when president bush...
