Davidson County Civitan Club collects plush toy gifts
The Dispatch Members of the Davidson County Civitan Club will deliver 55 plush toys to Ronald McDonald House to be distributed to families using the facility. The club gathered the gifts for an 18th consecutive year and for a third year chose the Winston-Salem facility to receive the stuffed animals to help aid in the comfort of their younger guests. The Thomasville Civitan Club contributed to the collection of plush toys. The club Christmas party was held virtually on Dec. 8 with President Felicia Hamby presiding.
