Federal prosecutors had sought to have Brandon C. Fellows’ release fully revoked due to the items cited, but a federal judge last week instead placed him on home confinement, increased from prior conditions that included GPS monitoring and a curfew.
CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. â The Troy man accused of ramming two state police cars in police chase that started in Schenectady was charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors. State Police in Clifton Park charged Shaquille Jamere Daniels with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon (felony), second-degree criminal mischief (felony), second-degree reckless endangerment (misdemeanor), second-degree menacing (misdemeanor), and third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle (misdemeanor). - Advertisement - Daniels was charged following a Feb. 18, vehicle pursuit during which police said he rammed two State Police patrol cars. He was also found to have a loaded handgun in the vehicle.
