Espanola council discusses splash pad, dog park and zoning
Article content It’s been nearly two years since the idea of constructing a splash pad in Espanola was brought to council. In that time, a committee has been formed, the splash pad has been costed out, but there is still no firm commitment from the Town of Espanola to move forward.
