The town's land use board was scheduled to hear Tuesday Clinton Moebus 34's proposal to build Clinton Commons, a mixed-use development on southbound Route 31 that would include 56 townhouses and various retail uses, including Taco Bell, a food market and a convenience store. The names of the food market and convenience store are not included in the application, but Taco Bell is written on the architectural plans for the fast-food restaurant...
