Waddow Heights ALMOST a million pounds is to be spent on a town and its facilities as part of a planning agreement which will see 208 new homes built. A total of £985,960 will be spent in and around Clitheroe by the developers in charge of building Waddow Heights – a new housing estate located off Waddington Road.
