Candlelight vigil to be held in honour of George Nkencho
Participants have been asked to wear white T-shirts and bring candles. An independent post-mortem was carried out yesterday on the body of Mr Nkencho. While a post-mortem had been carried out already to determine the circumstances of his death, the second post-mortem was ordered by the solicitor for the Nkencho family and is independent of the one which will form part of the State’s investigation by An Garda Síochána and the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission into the fatal shooting.
