Additional Arrest Made in Ongoing KBI Investigation of Former Cloud County Jail Employees Another person was arrested following the ongoing investigations into former employees of the Cloud County Jail. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation arrested a 33 year old man on Friday, July 30th. His charges include theft, misuse of public funds, official misconduct, and destroying a written instrument.
