Belfast-based Kainos acquires Helsinki’s Cloudator’s Workday division, increases European footprint June 1st, 2021. Belfast-based Kainos, a main implementation partner for Workday, has acquired Finnish competitor Cloudator’s Workday division. Through the acquisition, Kainos gains Cloudator’s market share, as well as adding 55 Workday specialists across the continent. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
