VIEWS are being sought on Inverclyde’s new local development plan. A main issues report, the first stage in the preparation of a new plan, has been produced and residents across the district are being encouraged to have their say before the January 31 deadline. The local development plan sets out the council’s strategy, policies and proposals for the use of land and buildings within Inverclyde and is the document the local authority uses to determine planning applications and provide advice on development proposals.
