Company says the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on staff.

Bayhealth is driven to help its employees reduce stress and maintain their health and wellness. One way it does this is through a Planetree initiative called Code Lavender, which uses evidence-based relaxation and restoration interventions.
