FRANKLIN TWP. – A Gloucester County woman was struck by her own vehicle as a carjacker fled the Dollar General parking lot on Saturday, police said. About 15 minutes later, Ernest Phillips III, 43, of Franklinville, was in police custody after a crash involving the woman's car in Philadelphia. The shopper, a 59-year-old Franklin Township woman, told police she was sitting in her car about 7:45 p.m. after leaving the Delsea Drive discount store, located south of Coles Mill Road.
