Melrose Scouts earn Pandemic Perseverance Award Maddie and Joe Nerden Melrose Scouts BSA Troops 635 (Boy & Girl) of the Incarnation Parish Church maintained a high level of activity over the past 18 months, all while dealing with COVID pandemic conditions and restrictions.
