The highly anticipated marijuana implementation bill from Missoula Republican Rep. Mike Hopkins had plenty of critics Wednesday in its first public hearing in the House Business and Labor Committee. Lawmakers are weighing several proposals this week to set the landscape for recreational marijuana.
