So Andrew (played by Lee Joo-seung) is the guy who insists on wearing a mask all the time, owing to personal vanity regarding a scar. Despite Andrew's behavior being suspicious, he's one of the few characters that doesn't start fights for petty reasons, and has thus appeared mostly sympathetic until now. Anyway, it turns out Andrew is a serial killer. There's little action this episode, as the disastrous results of Sae-bom's ad-hoc madness rabies test has killed the mood for trying to identify infected people. Consequently, the conflict turns passive-aggressive, with people skulking around outside Se-hoon's door demanding he hand out more of his food. Yet even this conflict is anticlimatically resolved with an apologetic note saying people can take whatever food they want, Happiness - Drama, Ahn Gil-ho, Han Hyo-joo, Han Sang-woon, Jo Woo-jin, Kang Ji-eun-I, Lee Joon-hyuk-I, Park Hyung-sik, Park Joo-hee

Se-hoon (played by Han Joon-woo) lives on the penthouse floor of the quarantined apartment complex. He's the guy who asked Sae-bom for an authentic special forces jacket. His character hasn't really been very important so far- although last episode he did make a special effort to vouch for Andrew (played by Lee Joo-seung) who had been confirmed as infected with madness rabies. This defies Se-hoon's status as the presumed wealthiest resident of the complex. It was mainly other owners calling for Andrew's expulsion, Happiness - Drama, Ahn Gil-ho, Han Hyo-joo, Han Joon-woo, Han Sang-woon, Jo Woo...
