PANO - Vietnamese border stations along the borderline between Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, from April 8-11, visited, presented gifts, and extended greetings to Lao and Cambodian units and provinces on their traditional New Year festivals Bunpimay and Chol Chnam Thmay.
