To understand these labels. >> absolutely. mass general came up with a great study where they are color coding the packages. you have red, yellow green. they are going to study all these calories and things and color code it. you walk into aisle 5. you see some green, some yellow, some red. just imagine somebody who is really obese looks like they have diabetes and high blood pressure, comes to the cash machine with a package full of red stuff. it's not going to go well. everybody will stare at him. over time their behavior changes. it's easy to see which one is good for you, which one is not....
