Trains cancelled between Hereford and Worcester after incident

TRAINS between Hereford and Worcester are being cancelled or delayed after an incident near Malvern Link. West Midlands Railway, which runs services from Hereford to Birmingham, via Ledbury and Colwall, said all lines are blocked as emergency services deal with an incident. Trains between Droitwich Spa and Hereford will face disruption until 4pm, the company said. West Midlands Ambulance Service said the air ambulance was sent to the scene. An estimated 85 per cent of over-65s have been vaccinated in Leominster North and the Golden Valley, with 83 per cent jabbed in Penyard, Llangarron and Goodrich. LEVY payers’ car parking passes for the Malvern Hills have been extended by two months.
