A New Braunfels teenager drowned Saturday while swimming in the Comal River with family, police said.
The same week the city manager announced the lifeguards will no longer be at the tube chute dam, a 16-year-old boy drowned in the river.
A New Braunfels teen drowned after he was swimming with his family in the Comal River, at the New Braunfels Tube Chute, according to city officials.
