Grand Island must address mega-distribution centers.
Grand Island zoning laws did not predict the emergence of mega-distribution centers as proposed by Acquest Development and a moratorium on M1-zoned warehouse and distribution centers has been proposed. It will be discussed at a September 28 meeting.
