Banned. protestors continue to question official accounts of what led to the death of one of the demonstrators. investigators say 26-year-old man died in gunfire exchange with police officers who were removing protestors camping on an 85 acre site slated for construction of a public safety training center for the city of atlanta. an individual, without warning, shot a georgia state patrol trooper. other law enforcement personnel returned fire and evacuated the trooper to a safe area. suffering a wound the trooper went emergency surgery and in stable condition. seven protestors, all from out of state, have been charged with domestic terrorism and criminal trespass. three additional demonstrators who cooperated peacefully were allowed to leave the site without arrest. governor brian kemp issued a statement saying as we have always done the state respects ....
