NEW BEDFORD — After the success of BuyBlackNB’s first pop-up vendor market at the Rotch-Jones-Duff-House in June, the organization will host another event to celebrate National Black Business Month on Aug. 28. “There was something so special about our Juneteenth market,” said Justina Perry, creator of BuyBlackNB.
