Several counties across Central Florida have opened up sandbag sites for residents to prepare ahead of Tropical Storm Idalia, which is forecast to become a major hurricane before making landfall on Florida's Gulf Coast.
The list of closures includes City Hall, Southside Aquatics Centre, Cowan Park Sportsplex, and the Woodstock Art Gallery.
The funeral procession for PSD Taz will begin at Southside Park at 11:00 a.m. and will travel along Finkle Street before arriving at the Community Complex for the private service.
The mosquito-borne illness alert will remain in place until the area has gone about eight weeks without new cases, a spokesperson says.
